"Peter W. Kreuziger"
Peter W. Kreuziger was born in Vienna, Austria and received his early training in the industry there. At the age of 20 he came to the United States where he graduated from Cornell University.
After graduation he opened and managed hotels and restaurants from Bermuda to San Francisco, starting his own company in 1976.
He is president of Advantus Leisure Management Services, which operates resort facilities, restaurants and state park concessions in Florida. He also represents a group of nearly 100 Florida hotels in the European marketplace. Mr. Kreuziger is affiliated with Cornell’s Society of Hotelmen and is an Associate Professor at Schiller International University.
Karl Heinz Riedl,"Chef Karl", is the co-owner of Advantus, Bon Appetit Restaurant, Yacht Harbor Inn, Cafe Alfresco Dunedin, Caladesi State Park Concessions and Honeymoon Island State Park Concessions. He is also the corporate Chef for Advantus.
Born in Germany, he began his career at the Hotel Melber, then the Four Seasons in Munich and the Hotel Kepinski in Berlin. Chef Karl has also held positions at the Bermuda Carlton Beach Hotel, Le Pavillion Hotel, and International Hotel both in New Orleans, as well as Executive Chef at Innsbrook Resort and Country Club.
He is a Vice Conseilleur Culinaire of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, a member of the American Culinary Association, the Florida Restaurant Association, and the New Orleans Culinary Art. He is the recipient of a Gold Medal Award in their Salon de Culinaire. He is also president and executive chef of "Creative Cuisine", a foodservice consulting company.
